If you have tried pressing the "Choose # of Patients" button just to have nothing pop up but an information message, it means you need to give permission for CureDash to access your Contacts. The only way you could be seeing this is if denied it the first time. To enable this, do the following:
- Go to your phone settings.
- Find the "CureDash Patient" App and select it.
- Once inside the access permissions for the app, find "Contacts" and select the button adjacent to it to enable read permissions.
- After making the change, as long as it looks like (the Contacts button is slide to the right/highlighted) you are good to go.
Note: If you open up "Choose # of Patients" now and you notice it is empty, it means your friend(s) do not have the app downloaded, have not registered, or are using a different phone number associated with their account than what you have saved in your contact information for them.
