Why can't I add more people to my cure request?
In order to add more people to receive a cure, you must do the following:
- Give permission for the CureDash Patient App to access your Contacts. If you already denied this a first time, you must now go into your phone's Settings > Find the CureDash Patient App > and then toggle the permissions for Contacts to grant the app access to your contacts (if it isn't enabled already).
Click "here" for more in-depth steps on how to do this. - Make sure the people you are trying to add have the CureDash Patient app downloaded and have registered. This might seem like a lot of work but it is vital to ensure they agree to the terms of service and can provide them a receipt upon purchase. Furthermore, make sure they filled out their actual personal email and phone address or else you will not be able to add them.
- Make sure you have the people you wish to add to the CureDash order added as a Contact in your phone with their correct phone number or else they will not appear in the list of people you can add to your cure request for discount.
